Vicky Courteau  Vicky Courteau

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy class of Spring 2010 for Household Manager and Butlers Vicky Couteau is confident to further her career in hospitality and open to exploring a new position in private service with a gracious residence. Having successfully completed the eight week program she is dedicated to take her advanced knowledge and skill sets in butlering, household management, food and beverage service, wardrobe and valet management, laundry and housekeeping for the service of a private residence or luxury hotel establishment. 

Ms .Courteau presently resides in Whistler, British Columbia Canada and is open to explore and advance her career in luxury hospitality and or private service. She is comfortable to relocate and travel with valid passport and is a Canadian citizen. A positive career work history in hospitality having been with The Four Seasons since 2006 starting in Mexico and currently at the Four Seasons Resort, BC Canada. 

She has excelled at various positions for guest services including Concierge, Housekeeping and currently as a top team of formal Food & Beverage Services providing five diamond table and guest service. She is well versed with elements of table settings from informal to formal, table service & etiquette.

Presently she is completing her third level International Sommelier Guild certificate which she applies to her present position with Four Seasons as a junior wine steward promoting Canadian wines through scheduled wine tasting events. 

Ms. Courteau is experienced with training and leading teams for training of products and methods, concierge services including providing and booking of special requests, services and amenities all keeping with the hotel standards and policies to maintain a high level of guest services on a daily basis. She takes pride in her positive attitude and professional work style with excellent communication and organization skills.

  Victoria Kinshella

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy class of Spring 2010 for Household Managers and Butlers Victoria Kinshella has successfully received her certificate and having completed the intensive eight week course is now ready to pursue her passion to continue her career in luxury hospitality. Ms. Kinshella is also excited to expand her career goals for a position in private service as a Butler and or House Manager for a gracious residence.

Ms. Kinshella currently resides in Las Vegas, NV USA, is a US citizen and is currently seeking a position where she can apply her recent academic accomplishments and professional hospitality experience for the service and benefit of a gracious household or luxury hotel establishment; she is flexible and open to consider relocation for a suitable and long term position.

Ms. Kinshella’s current position as Butler presently with Caesar’s Palace Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, NV combined with her training and studies allows her the confidence in her knowledge and skills for butlering duties, household management, food and beverage service, wardrobe and valet management, laundry and housekeeping.

 Michel Vaillancourt  Michel Vaillancourt

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy class of Spring 2010 for Household Managers and Butlers Michel Vaillancourt has successfully received his certificate with his commitment and dedication to completing the intensive eight week course gaining the knowledge and skills for household management, butlering duties, food and beverage service, wardrobe and valet management, laundry and housekeeping to pursue his future career goals in private service.

Mr. Vaillancourt presently resides in Quebec, Canada and is single with no dependents being flexible to take on a new position with consideration for relocation. His unique combination of more than 20 years service with Fire, Safety and Rescue including security training combined with his current academy accomplishment is a reflection of his committed work ethic and a passion to succeed and grow with a strong future and career path in private service. 

Mr. Vaillancourt’s previous experience and skill sets will easily transpose to private service for a position of House Manager and or Butler as he is professional with strong leadership qualities and team spirit, good communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize with a focus on being service oriented and very much a gentleman. He is fluent in both French and English, has a valid drivers license with training and experience for various vehicles and safety procedures.

Penny Spier  Penny Fuller Speir  

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy class of Winter 2010 for Household Managers and Butlers Penny Fuller Speir has successfully received her certificate and graduated top of her class showing her commitment and dedication to completing the intensive eight week course giving her the knowledge and skills for household management, butlering duties, food and beverage service, wardrobe and valet management, laundry and housekeeping to pursue a her career goals in private service.

Ms. Speir presently resides in Florida, USA; she is single with no dependents and is flexible to take on a new position with consideration for relocation. Her unique combination of luxury air travel steward positions and having owned her own private catering service company with her recent academy accomplishment is proof of her strong work ethic and a passion to succeed and grow with a strong future and career path in private service. Her dedicated style and skills are best reflected in her service oriented style and is ready to take on the challenges for residential & staff management, culinary details, inventories and budgets and event planning.

Ms. Swietlik presently resides in Mississauga, Ontario Canada and is open to accepting a new position that is full time; she is comfortable with travel with valid passport and a Canadian citizen.

Ms. Swietlik has a healthy work history in hospitality having been an Executive Housekeeper leading teams for training of products and methods, standards and policies and maintaining a high level of guest services on a daily basis. She is an experienced staff manager with excellent communication and organization skills, a keen understanding of housekeeping elements for both products and methods, and is comfortable in all settings from informal to formal.

  Francois Ricardo Lucchesi

  Ms. Linda Lee

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Household Managers & Butlers, Ms. Lee’s commitment was recognized by her instructors and she graduated top of her class!  During the eight week course Ms Lee developed her skills and knowledge in the areas of household management, food & beverage service, wardrobe management, housekeeping and family office.

Ms. Lee’s unique combination of her recent academy accomplishment and her previous experience as a Marketing Manager are proof of her strong work ethic, passion to succeed and her ambitions for a new career in private service.

Ms. Lee currently resides in Menlo Park, California. She is flexible with taking on a new position with consideration for relocation for the right job.  Ms. Lee is a confident person with a ‘can do’ attitude with interests in food & wine, fashion, design and art.  She is a very personable individual with a professional yet relaxed style and demeanor.

  Mr. Richard Sindol

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Household Managers & Butlers, Mr. Sindol  completed the eight week course with dedication and commitment. Mr. Sindol currently resides in Toronto. He is flexible with taking on a new position to apply his strong work ethic with ambitions for a new career in private service.  He is presently employed as a part time Junior Houseman & Caretaker and with his current training and experience is confident that his abilities, respectful demeanor and hands on style work ethic to take on a permanent full time role with a gracious household.

  Mr. Brian Betsworth

A recent graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Household Managers & Butlers, Mr. Brian Betsworth  completed the eight week course with dedication and commitment. He developed his skills and knowledge in the areas of household management, food & beverage service, wardrobe management, housekeeping and family office.

Mr. Betsworth’s recent academy accomplishment combined with his previous professional experience in the field of show services and event management will serve to enhance his personal goals and career ambitions for a role in private service.

    Ms. Kristine Guillou

A graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Butlers & Household Managers, Ms. Kristine Guillou has successfully received her certificate and graduated top of her class. Ms. Guillou completed the intensive eight-week course with dedication and commitment and in the process has developed an impressive and well-rounded skill set in the areas of household management, butling, food and beverage service, wardrobe management, laundry and housekeeping.

Ms. Guillou presently resides in Michigan, although is willing to relocate. She is single with no dependents and is excited about a career in private service. Ms. Guillou is a personable, well-spoken individual with a keen ability to creatively problem solve.

   Mr. Jonathan Schwartz

As a graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Butlers & Household Manager, Mr. Jonathan Schwartz is confidently looking forward to furthering his career in private service.  Having successfully completed the intensive eight-week program, Mr. Schwartz has advanced his comprehensive skill set in the areas of household management, butling, food and beverage service, wardrobe management, laundry and housekeeping.

Mr. Schwartz is a personable and energetic gentleman with no dependents. He presently resides in New York City, has a valid passport, enjoys travel and is willing to relocate.

Mr. Schwartz has a strong service and hospitality background, most recently with the 5-star restaurant Jean Georges. He is personable and energetic with a positive outlook. More importantly, Mr. Schwartz’s ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a professional respect for boundaries and privacy will be an asset to any household.

Mr. Schwartz is now employed as a full time butler with a New York City family.

 

   Mr. Adam Sherman

A graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Butlers & Household Managers, Mr. Adam Sherman has received his certificate after completing an intensive eight-week program in household management, butling, food and beverage service, wardrobe management, laundry and housekeeping.

Mr. Sherman has a strong service ethic and is courteous, professional and hard working. He currently resides in New York City and has excellent knowledge of the city as well as the Hamptons.

With a background in administration as Assistant Director of Admissions at Yeshiva University and event planning as an Artistic Director for Wolfe Productions (an event planning firm), Mr. Sherman has skills that will serve him well in either a household or hotel setting.  

Mr. Sherman is part of our butler team placed at a luxury NYC hotel.

 

   Mr. Paul Bocchini

A graduate of The Charles MacPherson Academy for Butlers & Household Managers, Mr. Paul Bocchini has successfully received his certificate after completing the intensive eight-week course in household management, butling, food and beverage service, wardrobe management, laundry and housekeeping.

Mr. Bocchini is a personable and outgoing individual who approaches life with a positive outlook.

He has a background in project management and most recently was the Information Management Coordinator for the Canadian Medical Association.  Mr. Bocchini has always harbored a genuine and heartfelt desire to be a Butler with a private family and has sought to develop his knowledge base in housekeeping, service, etiquette and household organization.

Mr. Bocchini is now employed as a butler/house manager with a Toronto area family.
