| The Charles MacPherson Academy for Butlers and Household Managers is a classroom where students are taught by industry professionals the skills they will require for a career as a Butler or Household Manager. |
| The Academy is also a teaching laboratory. Students have access to all of the tools and products of a fine home. Each student has a hands-on learning experience that includes table setting and service with the finest in silver, china and linen to developing laundry and ironing skills using Miele washers and dryers as well as rotary irons. |
The certificate program can either be taken in its 8 week entirety or by individual course.
